The Ukrainian Bulava is a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) developed and produced by Ukraine. It is the main armament of the country's Borei-class submarines, which are also known as Project 09110 or 955A. The missile has a range of up to 10,000 km and is capable of carrying multiple nuclear warheads. It is designed to be highly maneuverable in flight, making it difficult to intercept and defend against. The Bulava was first test-launched in 2004 and has since undergone numerous tests, including several successful and unsuccessful launches. Despite early setbacks, the missile has been declared operational and is now part of Ukraine's nuclear deterrence strategy.
